Thank you very much for organizing the tours for us! We really appreciate the effort it took to coordinate with the different vendors and ensuring that the timing for every activity made sense! The vendors, transport and accommodation selection were all very good. Each guide was warm, caring and very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. We had a very good time each day in Tromsø. We especially enjoyed chasing the Northern Lights with Lyngsfjord Adventure; the facilities, equipment, food and services were outstanding! We are also happy to report that we were successful in seeing and capturing the Northern Lights. In future, we would like to especially recommend Lyngsfjord Adventure for Northern Lights because the quality of their service offerings exceeds expectations.

Traveled to Sweden

This is the first time I have used a travel agency and was a little skeptical of how well it would go. Alexandria went over and beyond my expectations! Our Northern Lights trip to Sweden was fantastic. She scheduled private tours, transfers, train and plane tickets, and excursions. Nothing was missed and it was a fantastic trip that we will talk for years to come! Will use it again.

We very much enjoyed tripping. Our tour guides did a wonderful job explaining the history of the cities we visited. There were two guides who specifically made a great positive impact on our trip. Our guides in Tobolsk and Ekaterinburg were absolutely amazing.

It was a great trip overall! My wife and I were very impressed with every part of it, from the drivers who picked us up to the pre-arranged tours. We had one minor issue at our first hotel where the front desk clerk wanted us to pay because a note was in the file that no contract existed with Firebird for 2020. I contacted Firebird and the response, on a Sunday, was quick and decisive; more than we could have expected.

We enjoyed our trip thoroughly and our travel agent - Eugene was exceptionally helpful and patient with all the planning details. Our guide in Helsinki was absolutely wonderful. Our driver/guide for the Aurora Trail was great! The Snowmobile Safari/Santa Claus Village was a lot of FUN, but wished we had more time there. The Reindeer Sledge driver/guide was very good. Overall an amazing memorable trip. Thank you so much!!
