We enjoyed our trip thoroughly and our travel agent - Eugene was exceptionally helpful and patient with all the planning details. Our only complaints were when we were picked up in Helsinki Airport, our driver did not issue any words nor did he offer any help with our bags. It was the worst feeling for our first landing into Finland. The Guided Husky Safari company - I definitely would NOT recommend using them again. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Our guide in Helsinki was absolutely wonderful. Our driver/guide for the Aurora Trail was great! The Snowmobile Safari/Santa Claus Village was a lot of FUN, but wished we had more time there. The Reindeer Sledge driver/guide was very good. Both hotels were wonderfully comfortable and the breakfasts were delish... the staff at The Arctic Light Hotel in Rovaniemi were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Oh! the birthday surprise champagne was soooo NICE and well received. Thank you, Eugene! Overall an amazing memorable trip. Thank you so much!!
