The activities and hotels were outstanding and my group enjoyed the variety and quality of the itinerary. Every local activity started on time and exceeded our expectations. Since we had not traveled previously with Firebirds, we did not know if our expectations would be met. But the trip was better than we anticipated. At the onset of our trip, our flight was canceled twice, so arrangements needed to change to the hotel and airport drivers, and our travel coordinator made all of the updates quickly and easily. She stayed in contact with us throughout the trip which made us confident and comfortable in Norway. We knew we could count on her and the company to make our trip go smoothly. I would highly recommend Firebirds and I have already booked a second trip for September. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!
