Reykjavik City Tour & Northern Lights Seeking

The next morning after breakfast, you meet your private driver-guide and set off on an exciting 3-hour city tour around Reykjavik's most interesting attractions as well as the best sights of the nearby area.

First, you head to the official residence of the President of Iceland, impressive Bessastadir. After that, you go to the Hafnarfjordur - a charming port town, located about 10 km (about 6 mi) from Reykjavik. Known as the home of Huldufolk ("Hidden people" aka Elves in English), this magical place is a "must" for anyone interested in exploring the local folklore.

Your next stop is the futuristic Perlan Dome, a perfect place to admire the spectacular views over Reykjavik and its surroundings and take a couple of breathtaking photos.

The next stop for today is Hofdi, the building that hosted the summit between the former U.S. President Ronald Reagan and the former U.S.S.R. Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev back in 1986. Then, you proceed to the Hallgrimskirkja Church - the tallest building in Iceland (as well as one of the most impressive ones) - where you have a chance to walk up the stairs to admire the views over the city center (entrance tickets are not included).

After that, you go to the Althing building - a beautiful19th-century building, housing the main debating chamber of the Icelandic parliament.

In the evening, you and your private driver-guide so on an unforgettable 3-hour Northern Lights tour. Hopefully, you not only learn everything about the Aurora Borealis during the tour but also witness this incredible phenomenon, flashing across the sky in brilliant patterns.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have some rest after such a long but exciting day.

Breakfast is included.

Golden Circle Tour

Today is all about the wonders of the Golden Circle that you will explore during a fascinating 8-hour tour. After breakfast, you join a group and set off on your adventure.

The first stop is the picturesque Thingvellir National Park, one of the Icelandic treasures and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This country's gem offers something more than just pretty views, it boasts a major historical significance as it is the place where the oldest existing parliament in the world is set. It seems hard to believe, but the parliament was first assembled there over a thousand years ago in 930 AD. The fact that the “Althing” was held in the Thingvellir National Park for almost 9 centuries after that, until 1800, is just as impressive.

The area boasts amazing landscapes. Interestingly, it's part of a fissure zone that runs through the country, making the Thingvellir a lava arena in a rift valley that formed between the Eurasian and the North American tectonic plates. Or, other words, the Thingvellir National Park can be considered a visual representation of continental drift! The park also features the Thingvallavatn, the biggest natural lake in the country, surrounded by lava flows and lush vegetation. After that, you stop by the picturesque Gullfoss - one of the most beautiful and beloved Icelandic waterfalls.

Next, you head to the Geysir area, famously scattered with hot springs, mud pools, and geysers, including the most active geyser on Earth - the  Strokkur.

After the tour, you return to your Reykjavik hotel and have the rest of the evening at leisure.

Breakfast is included.

Blue Lagoon & Northern Lights Cruise

Following breakfast, you meet your driver at the hotel's lobby and continue your Iceland exploration with a relaxing tour to the world-famous Blue Lagoon, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the country.

There you enjoy several hours of bliss, bathing in the warmth of the Northern sun and relaxing in warm geothermal seawater, while surrounded by a surreal lava field.

In the evening, we invite you to enjoy an unforgettable Northern Lights Cruise onboard a modern boat that takes about 2-3 hours. During the voyage, you once again enjoy the beauty of the Aurora Borealis while your expert guide tells some interesting stories about the Northern Lights and explains this incredible phenomenon. Warm overalls are included.

A private driver transfers you to the pier and back to your centrally located hotel after the cruise

Breakfast is included.

South Coast Tour

The next morning after breakfast, you join a group for an exciting 10-hour journey through Iceland's South Coast and its most impressive waterfalls. First, you head to the magnificent Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls. And they surely are an impressive picture. The Seljalandsfoss is very narrow but very high, beautifully cascading down the mountainside of West Eyjafjoll. To enhance your experience, you can walk behind the waterfall as there is a safe path at the bottom of the cliff.

After that, you head to see the Skogafoss, an impressive 60 m/197 ft high waterfall, nestled in Skogar. Also, you get to see the grand Solheimajokull glacier, scenic Reynisfjara shore, and out-of-this-world black sand beach.

Your next stop is Vik village, the charming southernmost population center in Iceland, boasting breathtaking mountainous vistas, rich vegetation, and birdlife. Don't forget to take a picture next to Vik's gem, the three rock stacks called Skessudrangar, Landdrangar, and Langhamrar. Rising for over 66 m/217 ft above the sea level, they have a strong connection to the local folklore. Locals can tell you a legend about the trolls that turn to stone at sunrise.

After the tour, you return to your Reykjavik hotel for overnight.

Breakfast is included.
