Arrival in Stockholm

The magnificent Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, welcomes you! Upon arrival, your private driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your fabulous central hotel for a check-in.

The evening is at your full disposal: you can discover Stockholm on your own, relax after the flight, or enjoy one of our optional recommendations.

    Royal Opera House, the main opera and ballet stage in the country, welcomes everyone to enjoy a beautiful opera performance.
  • Optional evening activity #2: Visit the Ice Bar
    The Ice Bar basks in popularity among Stockholm residents and tourists. And it is no surprise as the place has a unique ice stylized interior adorned with statues carved out of ice blocks along with all the furniture and even glasses!

Day 2
Stockholm City Tour

Today is dedicated to discovering the gems of Stockholm in a 3-hour walking city tour. Following a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you meet your guide and enjoy the city tour around the most interesting attractions of Stockholm.

While on tour, you explore one of the biggest and most well-preserved medieval Old Towns in Europe, the authentic Old Town of Stockholm. And see the famous Royal Palace, the Stockholm Cathedral, and the City Hall. Transportation is not included, public transport or taxi, if needed, should be paid on spot.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

  • Optional tour: Visit the Royal Palace & City Hall
    Explore the the official residence of His Majesty the King of Sweden, the 18th century Royal Palace. Along with the Royal Palace, we invite you to see the City Hall - a place where Nobel Prizes are given and received.
  • Optional dinner: Have dinner at a Viking-stylized restaurant Aifur tasting an authentic menu and atmosphere.

Day 3
Visit to the Skansen & Vasa Museums

After a nice breakfast at the hotel, you meet your guide to get off on a tour to the Skansen Museum - the world's first open-air museum. Founded in 1891, the museum demonstrates the country's life before the industrial era. During the tour you'll witness the five centuries of Swedish history, visit the museum’s zoo with about 75 different species including seals, brown bears, lynx, and wolverines, and see the large collection of traditional rural houses.

Next, you head to the Vasa Museum, one of the most visited museums in Scandinavia. The most famous feature of the museum is a 17th-century ship, Vasa. Sunken almost 400 years ago, it managed to preserve more than 95 percent of its body in the original state.

  • Optional lunch: Lunch at the Vasa Museum next to the 17th-century ship.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free (public transportation is included for this day).

Day 4
Flight to Lulea & Harads Village Tour

When you are done with your breakfast, you check out from your hotel and meet your driver, who takes you to the airport for a short flight to Lulea. When you arrive at Lulea, your private driver meets you and transfers you to the lovely village of Harads where you experience a stay in a unique Tree Hotel located in the forest.

After a check-in and some rest, you are invited to take pleasure in a walking tour around the village. Then you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

  • Optional tour: Trip to Flakaberg village.
    This 6-hour guided tour to the village of Flakaberg is a unique opportunity to make your acquaintance with the Sami culture. You meet with your guide and travel together to Flakaberg village located about 80 km from Harads. 
  • Optional lunch / dinner: An exciting outdoor lunch or dinner with the chance to see the Northern Lights.

Transfer to Kiruna

Have an appetizing breakfast and then, after a check-out, meet your private driver, who will transfer you to the Boden railway station to board the train to Kiruna. When you arrive, a private driver transfers you to the astonishing Ice Hotel - the world’s first and largest hotel built entirely of snow and ice.

  • Note: Warm accommodation in a traditional hotel is available on request.

The rest of the day is at your disposal. Later in the evening, you are invited to relax in a traditional Swedish sauna (sauna visit is included in your package).

Train to Abisko & Northern Lights Hunting

Following breakfast, you have some free time to enjoy the surrounding nature of Kiruna on your own.

    Want to feel like a true northerner? Be part of the fantastic Scandinavian adventure, driving your own team of well-trained and enthusiastic huskies through the amazing Arctic sceneries!

The next stop on your itinerary is beautiful Abisko. In the afternoon you are transferred to the train station to board the train that takes you to this beautiful village. One of its hallmarks is the Aurora Sky Station, built especially for the Northern Lights hunt.

In the evening, when the sun has left the sky, you are invited to visit the Aurora Sky Station in Abisko, the internationally best place to watch Northern Lights. Your guided group tour of the station starts with a thrilling chair lift ride up to the station, providing a unique chance to enjoy the beauty of the Abisko National Park at night.

While on tour, you take pleasure in fantastic Northern Lights from a large panoramic platform while your guide will tell you many interesting facts about the Aurora Borealis and the region. You can also visit a cozy cafe, a souvenir shop, a lookout tower, and the Northern Lights exhibition.

This day is the last of your outstanding Swedish adventure! In the morning you have a delicious breakfast and then go to the train station, which is very close to the hotel, to board a train to Kiruna. When you're there, your private driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home. We wish you a safe flight and hope to work on your future trips!
