Dianna was wonderful in making all the arrangements and communicating clearly and often. We got off to a rough start when our driver was not at the airport to pick us up. But I was able to reach your customer staff and they told us to take a taxi and we would be reimbursed. Everything after that ran like clockwork. Our driver, Orvo was fantastic!! He was always early, cheerful, took us to see extra things, even treated us to dessert and coffee. And he kept an eye on all of our other tours to make sure they were not canceled and that we enjoyed our experience. After the difficult start, the trip was well managed and planned. I was very happy with the trip and will use your tour service again!
